Martin Newman - Bass

Bass player Martin Newman only stops playing and spinning the bass long enough each day to take 4936 photographs of our travels … and vice versa. His artistic taste in movies has caused the Band to name him Person Least Likely to EVER BE ALLOWED TO CHOOSE A BUS MOVIE AGAIN.

A sad person

2. If you could have a dinner party with any four figures from history whom would you invite? 

Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, and...maybe Dean Martin as moderator.

3. If you could live during any time period at all what would it be?

"The Future" You know, with hovercars and people on Mars and such.

4. If you could have one movie prop for your very own what would you choose?

An X-wing fighter would be cool.

5. Favourite movie?

Today, I'm leaning towards Wings of Desire.

Salman Rushdie, or Arthur C. Clarke, or Douglas Adams

7. What is your most treasured possession?

My bass

Summer holidays, no particular year, just the feeling of being free from school.

People who cut off oncoming traffic when making a left turn.

25. If you were to fill a time capsule the size of a shoe box, to be opened hundreds of years from now, what would you put inside it to represent your life? 

An assortment of records I've played on, a picture of my wife, some travel pictures, and something with an Ottawa Senators logo.
